delivery service you hired was rude and damaged my stairs in my home. customer service rep was useless and rude. i am horrified at how unprofessional this company is. all my emails have been ignored. still waiting on my refund.

called in was told to Order on Web Site Not Amazon. Made order , Was charged and later that day while working got email they didn't have the 14.5 mattress, Called in was told that if I agreed they could send me 10 inch Mattress and refund cost difference and She said I would get credit for the Summer20 20% off on the 10 inch mattress. Confrimed on email as requested, Received refund of cost difference only, then 24 hours later received email 14.5 was on its way ??? then FedEx showed up with 10 inch mattress. Still No 20% credit on the 10 inch mattress. Then started getting these emails requesting feedback? We had a Fire in our house and This RV is our temp home til repairs are done do to having animals here that need care. You could send me my 20% credit ? You could train the people answering the phone with the Persons in warehouse so they have a clue watch each sees on the inventory list when sale questions are asked or even Sales are made. Confriming you have what you sell on hand. Not bait with 14.5 mattress and switch to 10 inch mattress after the sale is closed. Becsuse when we move back into House we will need 3 Beds ,,, No Bait and Switch for those 3. Everyone have a Great Day and a Better Tomorrow if your still reading this. Good Luck!
