Customer service sucks! Your email service sucks! You pull the password instead of my user name. I received the wrong mattress and have yet to get the correct one or even get acknowledgment that you are working on it. In the past I have purchased several mattress from your company with no complaints but this experience is bad all the way around. It is as if you hired a 3 year old to do your programming and customer service. I just want the correct mattress and then I can review the mattress!
