See my comments and photos on previous It required multiple calls to company to secure the order. The box was dropped in our driveway at 9:30 at night with significant damage to the outside box that was so filthy. I had to cut it away from the mattress in the garage. I said, enclosed photographs showing expose mattress due to the significant damage to the shipment box. How much is comfortable all the lump in some areas? I assume this will get better with time I expected a lot more from this company, especially after buying it due the recommendations of an owner of a bed and breakfast that we have frequent it for many years

Very poor customer service.

Shipping was terrible, no notifications, tracking is not allowed directly in the app. Use different shipping companies with very different service. Pilot was fast and delivered to my unit, Fedex took weeks, for a time lost my package and finally when delivered, the bases were left in the parking lot, and I had to carry them to my 7th floor. Still trying to get a hold of customer service to replace one defective mattress.

Return shipping extremely expensive.

A fraudulent business! So be warned!!!
