Dynasty Mattress Website

Had some problems ordering but eventually got to a sales manager who figured it out. Now I am in some kind of maze as I await a delivery company to communicated with me and actually deliver the products which I am sure are awesome. Probably should have ordered via Amazon I guess. The lady from Dynasty was nice though so 2 stars.

for the amount of money spent on this item, i expected better. the mattress moves around too much when the positions are adjusted. it is not as quiet as it is advertised to be. Customer service did not respond to any emails sent.

The mattress we just received is the second one we bought. The first one was for our camper ( regular household queen size) , my husband loved it. We needed a new mattress for home he said get the same one we have at camp, so I did, I ordered the same number, paid the same price, but this is definitely not the same mattress. It is supposed to be medium firm when we lay on it you sink through it. If you sit on the edge of the bed the mattress just collapses. We were either sent the wrong mattress or your quality has gone down the drain. We got pillows with the first order no pillows this time, I was told when I emailed that promotion ended, promotion? I have the original add from the first one and it doesn’t say pillows were promotional. I will say again you people sent us the wrong mattress or you have changed your quality, but either way I won’t refer my friends to you the way my friend referred us. Saying they loved there mattress, so do we the first one , but definitely not the second one. What is going on is the question we are left with

I ordered both an adjustable base and a mattress, and received the mattress in a timely manner but I am still waiting for the base. The tracking said it was delivered and I really think that if I had not called they wouldn't even have realized that I didn't get it! Mattress taking up space in my living room waiting!
