mattress is too soft and has no support

I ordered both an adjustable base and a mattress, and received the mattress in a timely manner but I am still waiting for the base. The tracking said it was delivered and I really think that if I had not called they wouldn't even have realized that I didn't get it! Mattress taking up space in my living room waiting!

Order was placed, confirmed, charged my card and shipped within 24 hours. Tracking number isn’t accessible, shipping company does not return calls, and I have been emailing customer service. They keep telling me they are on top of it and will keep me updated but I get no response unless I email. Paid the extra for the setup and they offered to refund me that extra but I would have to set up myself. From the other reviews this thing weighs a ton and there is no way I could do it myself. Not happy!!!

I wouldn't know because it's been two weeks and I still haven't received it.

Looks nice fairly comfortable but you sink to the bottom and fill the wood underneath...hips hurt first night
