We ordered the split king adjustable bed frame. The instructions were terrible and didn't even match for a split king. Customer service is non-existent so don't expect any help from them. They don't even pick up the phone. One of the speakers didn't work. Had to email them and they sent a new speaker but that's not even what we wanted. The bed frame was already put together. The bed frame itself has been working well. The "night lights" under the bed don't turn off but they are very dim and it hasn't kept me up.

Good mattress, a bit firmer than expected.

Mattress feels too firm at first test, but is great to sleep in. Forms nicely yo body with no pressure points. Customer service is so-so. No notifications about order received, shipping, expected arrival. Nothing. Phone call gets you a sleepy rep that tells you all the info was sent. 5 minutes after call, info starts coming in. Hmmmm

Very comfortable! So happy that we made this purchase!
