Dynasty Mattress Website

I’m sure Dynasty makes a quality mattress but this 3 star review is pertaining to their service. Unfortunately I was not able to get any assistance selecting the right mattress. I tried the chat feature online but my question could not be answered so I called Dynasty directly. Both times I called during normal business hours but no one was able to take my call and I never received a call back. I ended up purchasing a 12 inch cool mattress but it is too firm. I cannot get comfortable in it. I wish I could have spoken to someone directly to answer my questions and help me select the right one. Now I have a king size mattress I cannot return. I live in a remote area and it would cost me a fortune to ship it back. The mattress seems well made it’s just too hard for me to get comfortable in.

The sizing seems off

I ordered a 10” but in all reality I wouldn’t get less then a 14” if I was to order another

Took four days to expand but great man

Shipping was not as fast as mentioned on the website and it took me sending a few emails before I received a response and tracking number
