Very reasonably priced. The mattress is very comfortable and doesn't put off heat.

The base is amazing, but there are no clear instructions on turning on Bluetooth on the bed to be discovered, the app hasn't been updated since 2018 and it sends error messages saying it needs updating. The light on the remote to light the buttons is crazy bright, so I want to use my phone, but again don't know how to update app, or turn on Bluetooth. No videos or instructions when searching on Google either.

Very responsive to our questions and went to extra efforts to ensure we were satisfied.

Deliveries were quicker than I anticipated and when the delivering company was unable to provide the white glove service due to covid restrictions, I was issued a quick refund.
