This adjustable bed is just what we were looking for. It has all the latest features, and was easy to put together. Seems very sturdy and we loved the warranty. When we had a delay in shipping, we contacted the shipper and found out there was difficulty in providing the white glove service in our area. We chose to take regular shipping. I contacted dynasty by email and a refund for the white glove service was on our credit card almost immediately. We are sooo impressed with this customer service!

I was unable to find the one I have online so I called them and they introduced us to there newest model. Cant wait to get our new place and enjoy a great nights sleep
