Great product and customer service

I did alot of research before deciding on this bed and so far so good. I sleep better, wake up less and with less ache. I love the cool matress and don't even get me started on the speakers. We listen to our favorite songs almost every night. We've yet to figure out how to use the app and the memory setting but that's ok...we got the white glove service and I'm so glad we did. The bed is extremely heavy and seems very sturdy and well made. Very satisfy...Thank you

Such a great bed! Quiet, very versatile with positioning, and I love all the extra features like the Bluetooth speaker and underfoot lighting. Customer service has been quick to respond with any questions that I had. Only complaint is that I couldn’t track my order easily so had no idea when it was going to arrive. I received a call while I was at work saying they were going to be there to deliver the bed in an hour. Luckily I was able to arrange for someone to be there but I wasn’t expecting such little notice for a delivery window! Otherwise, I’m very pleased with my purchase!
