The rug came damaged with a burn or melted patch and the colour was much lighter and not really green at all when it arrived. I sent it back and they offered a 50% refund until I requested a full refund that is now being processed.

Not great.
Incorrect StarTrack number provided. Goods never arrived. Found it difficult to contact anyone at Double for a customer enquiry.

Disappointed. Felt scam-like
They didn’t mail me my order. They said it wasn’t traceable in the warehouse and the tracking link didn’t work either. The whole thing felt like a scam and I couldn’t gift the item I ordered as intended. Still waiting on a refund and order cancellation.

Yet to receive the rug, no update on expected delivery, contact methods unresponsive, no contact number to call. Unsure at this point if the rug we have paid for will actually arrive.

The colour online looked and was described as black however is blue. Tried to contact customer service but still waiting on a reply over a week later.
