Unfortunately the colours were a little more dull than expected for this rug, so we returned it. However, it’s been over 3 weeks and I haven’t had an update on the refund. They replied confirming they received the return but won’t answer any further emails enquiring about the refund. Won’t be shopping at Double again.

Poor Communication

Unfortunately we had a very poor experience which resulted in a lot Of back and forth on our order. We were originally told part of our order was out of stock and we had to wait for a restock, then roughly a month later we’re told that they won’t be remaking the rug we ordered. We were trying get things organised before our baby arrived but won’t happen with all the back and forth. In the end we will just ordered from another supplier

The rug came damaged with

The rug came damaged with a burn or melted patch and the colour was much lighter and not really green at all when it arrived. I sent it back and they offered a 50% refund until I requested a full refund that is now being processed.
