Still haven’t received my rug

Customer service have continuously given new timelines for a rug that we still haven’t received. They told me it had been shipped, however only the Australia Post label was created, Australia Post has not received the item from the company. Customer Service has not responded to my last email regarding this. Pretty furious that I purchased one of the only rugs never to go on sale and it’s been a nightmare since.

Disappointing experience. Product doesn’t match website. ‘Free Returns’ are dishonest - this is fake news.

Disappointing experience. The product received wasn’t true t the color presented on the website. The company charges $300+400 to execute their ‘free returns’ policy. I have been emailing back and forth with customer support for over a week now and they still haven’t been able to organise my return. Very underwhelming customer experience and I won’t be shopping with Double again.

Poor customer service

Have been trying for almost two weeks to get an answer. I want to return a rug delivered to me by yourselves. Sadly too big and I do not find the quality what I was expecting. It also has a bad bad smell. Aimee has been emailing me as you don’t provide a phone number and she is obsessed with the smell not the fact I need return details. I’d appreciate those asap.
