Shipping process was a nightmare, the driver was so lazy that he said our address was not found. Had to call the shipping company to debate about the address and it was delivered 2 days later

It has been close to

It has been close to two months since I have ordered two rugs costing me over $3k. Still have not been delivered. Multiple attempts to contact and find out where my order is but still waiting. Freight company is saying has not been picked up yet due to warehouse issue. Company is saying that it has been. Frustrating to say the least when ordering something expecting to be delivered within the week.

Still haven’t received my rug

Customer service have continuously given new timelines for a rug that we still haven’t received. They told me it had been shipped, however only the Australia Post label was created, Australia Post has not received the item from the company. Customer Service has not responded to my last email regarding this. Pretty furious that I purchased one of the only rugs never to go on sale and it’s been a nightmare since.

Disappointing experience. Product doesn’t match website. ‘Free Returns’ are dishonest - this is fake news.

Disappointing experience. The product received wasn’t true t the color presented on the website. The company charges $300+400 to execute their ‘free returns’ policy. I have been emailing back and forth with customer support for over a week now and they still haven’t been able to organise my return. Very underwhelming customer experience and I won’t be shopping with Double again.
