Not happy

My rug arrived after waiting a month with two small holes, I wanted to speak with someone to work out what to do the response was they didn’t have a tool to take a customer call??? I decided the canvas on the rug was too fragile and I didn’t want to risk exchanging it for another of the same, so I exchanged it for a different design/style. That was weeks ago they have received the one I returned. Still nothing but waiting over here! The one I exchanged it for i chose partly because it was in stock but weeks later and it has not even been dispatched! Very disappointed! I personally would not recommend!

Ordered a rug, had to follow it up twice before being told it was actually out of stock and to choose another. Email responses were clearly from an AI Bot which was tonally off in regards to the issue, then got the original rug I chose which is great I guess. You lost me with the lack of personal customer service.

I've still heard nothing about a delivery date so I can't comment on the rug. So far customer service not good.

I understand pictures online can

I understand pictures online can look different but after receiving this rug it is very clearly a yellow colour (not bone). This could definitely be made clearer - it is not a neutral tone. I will be returning unfortunately. The shag is soft and it looks like I expected in this respect but colour is incorrectly advertised.
