Poor communication

I've still heard nothing about a delivery date so I can't comment on the rug. So far customer service not good.

I understand pictures online can look different but after receiving this rug it is very clearly a yellow colour (not bone). This could definitely be made clearer - it is not a neutral tone. I will be returning unfortunately. The shag is soft and it looks like I expected in this respect but colour is incorrectly advertised.

Nice rug, bad customer service

Found shopping with Double to be a fairly poor experience. Firstly the rug I ordered turned out to be in pre-order, which was not overly obvious when I made the purchase. Then they lacked comms post purchase on ETA, to the point I thought I’d been scammed. The rug arrived 2 months after it was ordered and box was poorly packed. It’s a nice rug, but wouldn’t recommend and won’t shop with them again

longest wait time , poor costume service

customer service was terrible , was suppose to be here in feb and had to email and told me it would be here in feb however it showed up mid march

Shipping process was a nightmare,

Shipping process was a nightmare, the driver was so lazy that he said our address was not found. Had to call the shipping company to debate about the address and it was delivered 2 days later
