Terrible rug. Faded within 2 weeks so its now brown and white. I would like a refund

My experience with double was absolutely terrible. The in stock rug I ordered took 3 weeks to arrive and that’s only because I chased them up constantly. Their FAQ’s state most rugs ship within 2 business days. No one contacted me to tell me there were shipping delays. They said it was due to their high volume of Black Friday orders however I placed my order before that promotion began. Then they blamed the warehouse/logistics company - I began contacting them to insist they ship my order. There were many times I thought this was a scam company and even contacted my bank to get my money back. They don’t have a phone number and take ages to reply via email. The rug finally arrived after 3 weeks - it’s nice but hard to enjoy given how awful and stressful the experience was.
