Ordered a couple of samples. By the time the second had arrived I’d bought a rug from another place.

Ordered several samples, difficulty to get an idea of how would like in room. Customer service could be better, no follow up.

I ordered three rugs. Received one and had to follow up where the others were. I get a quick reply that there’s an issue and then nothing. Follow up again and learn that delivery is weeks away. Not good enough

My rug arrived after waiting a month with two small holes, I wanted to speak with someone to work out what to do the response was they didn’t have a tool to take a customer call??? I decided the canvas on the rug was too fragile and I didn’t want to risk exchanging it for another of the same, so I exchanged it for a different design/style. That was weeks ago they have received the one I returned. Still nothing but waiting over here! The one I exchanged it for i chose partly because it was in stock but weeks later and it has not even been dispatched! Very disappointed! I personally would not recommend!

Ordered a rug, had to follow it up twice before being told it was actually out of stock and to choose another. Email responses were clearly from an AI Bot which was tonally off in regards to the issue, then got the original rug I chose which is great I guess. You lost me with the lack of personal customer service.
