Shipping took a little longer than expected but it was over the Christmas period. Great communication with where the order was up to and keeping me up to date on shipping details. Will purchase again!!!

Slow shipping, service was also slow when I enquired but rug arrived quite quickly after it had been shipped.

Good experience and fast delivery

Absolutely love the rugs we purchased and the service was great. The only hiccup we had was with customs, so this is more a buyer beware post for anyone ordering from New Zealand. It would be helpful if Double had some customs info or warning on their site for NZ customers. I had checked for this, and thought we would be OK, yet I'm guessing we were just over the threshold or something. We ended up paying double due to the package staying an extra day in customs (no idea why). So that was not ideal. BUT, the product and efficiency from Double was fantastic. Rugs are also easy to set up - highly recommend!
