Ordered on a 4 -6 week lead time which finally delivered in 12 weeks!! lost of extra costs incurred because if this. lots of false promises and although i wrote to director recoded delivery never got a response. only positive was the poor Millie who had to deal with all my calls very professionally where the director John Aldhouse never got in touch or acknowledge my complaint.

Sadly on the third time of using the Airforce the fan started a grinding sound and “popped” fused electrics and stopped The Lights still work .

Order placed on 2nd Dec, 2 to 3 day pallet delivery as per web site. It took multiple phone calls and 20 days to arrive. Tradesmen no longer available so no hob for Xmas and no discount being offered yet !

My order was placed at the start of November. I have therefore waited over 7 weeks for delivery and then you don’t confirm the delivery day so I no one is home to accept delivery. I’m therefore still waiting for this to be rearranged.

Quite simply awful. List stock you don’t have, don’t communicate, give delivery dates that don’t exist and tracking that isn’t working.
