I ordered a drawer insert and the sizing online was incorrect so I was sent dimensions that weren’t right for my drawers, and was then told I’d have to pay to send it back despite it being the company’s error. Disgraceful.

Check delivery times before you order. High class products require high class service

Still waiting for my Hoover fridge freezer ordered on 7 September. Two promised dates of 9-13 September and 24 September have come and gone with no delivery ot contact by Devine, I had to chase. A further date of 4 October is promised but I have zero confidence, there's been no update since, nothing. It seems once Devine had my money it lost all interest. I will be claiming it all back if the delivery does not occur on 4 October. Very poor customer service.
