The shipping took longer approx 4 weeks but primarily because Hoover didn't have the items available so eventually when the item arrived I ended up with a model I didn't order with lower efficiency rating a water dispenser I didn't want the wrong colour and less storage in the door interior. However the staff at DD, particularly Jon were courteous, communicative and you could actually get hold of someone; so I would use the company again because although I didn't end up with the item I wanted( which is mainly the fault of Hoover) their customer service which is v important was excellent and for that I would rate them 5 stars. Months to arrive and still no engineer as promised. Despite several calls. Im sorry to. habe to leave a negative review. The fan is very nosey! They promised to get someone to call and they haven't i ordered this over 5 months plus ago.

My delivery was very late I had to delay my kitchen fitters for 2 weeks

Didn’t ship it till I called them after a week to chase, was told everyone was on holiday! Once shipped everything worked great and courier unpacked and took packaging away.
