We ordered a very specific fridge freezer as the plans for our kitchen had been designed around it but it had unfortunately been discontinued and no longer available from anywhere else. After several weeks (and the plans for the kitchen finalised) we couldn't have the fridge freezer as it had been too damaged in transit from the manufacturer. We had to change our kitchen plans (which cost us) and order a new fridge which I could have ordered from Currys at a cheaper price. Divine matched the price as a good will gesture and I decided to order from them to make things simpler and Millie because had been so good in dealing with me. However, Millie never said that the courrier they used was a "pallet - street side delivery" only... We have just struggled moving this massive, heavy fridge into our porch. We could really have done without this.

Delivery tracking was hard

Dropped on the driveway And I was left with 2 not 1, 2 x huge wooden pallets to dispose of which wasn't great what am I supposed to do with them ????

The shipping took longer approx 4 weeks but primarily because Hoover didn't have the items available so eventually when the item arrived I ended up with a model I didn't order with lower efficiency rating a water dispenser I didn't want the wrong colour and less storage in the door interior. However the staff at DD, particularly Jon were courteous, communicative and you could actually get hold of someone; so I would use the company again because although I didn't end up with the item I wanted( which is mainly the fault of Hoover) their customer service which is v important was excellent and for that I would rate them 5 stars.
