the positives: a) They offer an array of good stuff b) Friendly staff c) Reasonably competitive prices d) Good communication- kept informed via email where they could do better: a) the order I placed was showing in stock for a next day delivery. I then received an email saying they had to order in from Italy where they are manufactured., it was to take a week. Luckily the installation job was delayed so the week did not become an issue. Part of the problem in ordering on line is very often you find stuff out of stock. Companies need to be on top of this, I have just had a really bad experience with another equipment supplier whom I am going to have to sue to get my £500 back for something they never had in stock in the first instance and do not want to refund the money.

Good service - always reply to queries quickly . I felt a duct vent was massively overpriced and it was refunded easily

Very pleased with the supply of the carbon filters for my Airforce cooker hood.

Good advice & communications at time of ordering. Friendly & kept well informed of delivery. Looks in perfect condition on opening box, haven’t installed or connected up but feels good quality.
