Lovely customer service team, I had a few questions which they answered with no hesitation. The delivery was fast with no issues. The fan was a bit tricky to install by our electrician but it does look fantastic! I love the light, which we use not only for cooking but gives the kitchen/dining room a nice glow. The fan works well, I as a little apprehensive regarding cooking smells lingering, but it’s not the case.

Answered phone quickly. New about and was able to answer questions about the product I was looking at. Gave me confidence to buy.
