Don’t waste your money

They claimed 6-8 week delivery time. It took over 9 weeks. For such a large purchase the communication from customer service is terrible - they don’t have chat or phone support only an email they respond to in 48 hours. My couch was supposed to be delivered on a Tuesday so I arranged work so I would be home that day. Instead it showed up the Saturday before, while I was out of town. I was notified the day before of an early delivery and there was nothing I could do to change it. Nothing like having several thousand dollars worth of product sitting on your porch for 2 days. Lastly, the couch was very uncomfortable. I returned it immediately.

Nope!!!! 👎

Purchased the Nomad Sectional, when it finally arrived we are unable to complete assembly due to corner section being completely out of alignment with latches, wholes & pegs. Have been trying to get a response from a person at Burrow without any luck. If we ever do; will have to pay to send items back even though it is not our fault. In the meantime we have 9 large boxes just sitting in our garage. What a waste of $2700 not even including the additional $250 it will cost to get it sent back IF WE EVER GET SOMEONE TO RESPOND!!!!

Burrow Range

This range couch is very weird looking to the eye when put together. The back cushions are so uncomfortable with the inserts. The gap between the side arm and the side cushion is is very big and the negative space is like a black hole. So disappointed with this one.

The sofa is pretty hard

The sofa is pretty hard and uncomfortable. I would not buy it again.
