Returning asap

Do not like how the arms connect with the center portions-- does not look good if sofa is not backed up against the wall.

Three weeks, multiple emails to support, no resolution

Just moved to a new place. Got rid of my old couch to make room for this couch—and it’s my only real piece of furniture for relaxation/comfort. Two weeks after it has been delivered, support at burrow still can’t tell me when I’m going to get the missing leg for this. At first I just laughed, then I was annoyed, now I’m just annoyed. Two weeks ago it was being ordered. A week ago it was shipping in one to two days. Two days ago they would “check on tracking.” Regardless, I have a couch I can’t use and no idea when that will be resolved.

Received a broken, returned section B

Hi! I love 2/3 of my Burrow love seat. The B section was clearly a return (open packaging, box more banged up that other two). Used packaging doesn’t bother me, it’s better for the environment anyway! Unfortunately one of the alignment pins had snapped off. So I see why it was returned. It was still in the bag though, and I’m resourceful so I got out the super glue and glued it back on but I think it snapped off once I got it latched. I might be able to live without one alignment pin since it’s not structural. Except the B cushions are wrinkly-er than the new side. They never really perked up like the other side did.... would definitely be interested in exchanging the B section. (Or to push my luck... if switching the whole loveseat to the darker grey is an option....that would be really cool...more concerned about the B section though) I only gave a 1 star rating because of the B section thing otherwise I love it.

Did not get my whole couch

Yikes, surprised they sent me this. Uh, so, I ordered a whole couch and they only sent me 2/3rds of it, I’m still waiting on the middle. Pretty bullshit if you ask me.

Terrible Experience

Burrow filters these reviews, so I highly doubt this will make it onto the site. Note that there is just a single one star review among hundreds- which is unrealistic for any product (especially this piece of crap). According to a few sources, Burrow only sends their survey after the return period has passed. So the reviews you see here primarily reflect the opinions of those who KEEP the couch, not those who return it. This is what they mean by "honest" reviews? Here's my honest review: The couch succeeds at looking pretty decent and being modular- however it is by far the most uncomfortable piece of furniture I've ever seen or purchased. The fabric is awful wool stuff, the seating is shallow, bumpy and uncomfortable, and the overall construction does not feel sturdy. This would be a fine couch for a Dentist's waiting room, where folks will only sit for 20 min at most and comfort is irrelevant. For your home?? You can do far far better for this kind of $. I received a full refund for the couch without returning it due to calling Burrow out on their misleading review page.
