Mediocre at best

The burrow I got was defective. I’m not sure what the technical term for it is but one of the screws on the couch was broken off so I couldn’t attach the seat backs properly. I also had a difficult time attaching the arms because the connecting pieces didn’t align properly. The end result is a couch that’s wobbly and feels insecure. It feels like IKEA furniture. It’s also not that comfortable either but it looks ok. I wish they made the boxes easier to carry. They’re not heavy but they’re huge and the little cutout they provide to easily carry was awkward at best and actually ripped the box so I hadh to lift it anyway. The poor quality doesn’t make up for the convenience. Luckily I got this on sale but it still isn’t worth the $970 I paid

Looks Nice, but....

This couch looks great and is comfortable for a short time. It isn't ideal for sitting or hanging for long periods of time. It might be good for cleaning up messes and spills but getting dog/cat hair out is challenging.

The Sofas is Okay, but the Logistical Issues!

So, I bought a Chaise Sofa and Loveseat, and I enjoyed what I've received so far... but therein lies the rub - my Burrow experience has been complicated by logistical issues! 1. I never got any automatically generated email regarding when my order shipped. It was annoying that I had to call up support to get the tracking numbers. 2. I ordered both the Chaise Sofa and Loveseat in Charcoal, and everything I received was in Charcoal EXCEPT the chaise top cushion (it was Navy blue instead). Burrow Support was able to arrange a replacement after I called BUT frustratingly couldn't expedite the replacement (so I will have to just enjoy the sofa in it's current form without the Chaise cushion top, AND I have to wait another 2-3 weeks for the replacement top cushion to arrive). Additionally, it seemed kind of wasteful that they told me to just junk the wrong colored chaise top cushion (which was otherwise brand new). 3. I also ordered the Essential Pillow and Throw collection, but I was missing the throw. Again, called Burrow Support to send the issign throw BUT again, the couldn't expedite the replacement. Finally, even though I knew it would happen, the amount of shipping boxes modular furniture like Burrow comes in mind boggling! So please don't kid yourself the Burrow is necessarily easier logistically to receive and set-up; it's just different than other couches I've ordered before. Overall, the sofa itself is good (from what I've received) but I haven't enjoyed the Burrow experience I've received so far. In my humble opinion, if you mess up an order for a customer, you do everything possible to rectify and expedite the remedy to ensure positive customer satisfaction (and right now, I'm not satisfied).

I think the cushion on

I think the cushion on the ottoman should be attached because it slips and scootches around when you put your feet up on it.
