It's all in the title. Had to go back and forth for weeks to get this couch actually shipped, and was lied to in the process.

To start, we didn't receive 2 legs and then received 5 incorrect shipments in an effort to get the last pieces of our sofa. Now, 2 months into use of our couch, I have flipped a seat cushion and noticed it has ripped at the seams.

I really like the look and feel of the couch, but the cushions are such a pain point that it makes me almost hate this couch. They are in a perpetual state of sag and is a constant annoyance. I want to return the couch, but that's a big pain in the butt, so I have just requested two new cushions which I highly doubt is going to change anything. I already had a fresh cushion from the chaise order that I used, and it sags too. Also, the fact that the chaise base doesn't connect to the couch is a puzzling design choice since it likes to slip around and needs to be adjusted frequently. If the cushions were better, I would like this couch a lot more. I don't think I would love it though. I am convinced that there are much better couches for the same or cheaper price on the market. I took a risk with this couch and am disappointed.

I like the idea, but the cushions were wrinkly and the ottoman is off balance and wobbles.

The idea of buying a couch and having it conveniently shipped to your home sounds good. But the result is a mediocre couch. It's not as durably built as they make it sound. The couch looks really nice, but even a week in, it is already getting worn in in certain spots that we sit repeatedly. Also, the ability to flip the cushions from tufted to un-tufted is actually more of an annoyance than a benefit. In order to do this, it requires that ALL cushions are fully detached, including the ottoman. This means that they don't stay in place very well.
