Not as quality as we were expecting after a lot of research into buying a $1,600 couch online. I'm writing this review after one month with the sofa. The sofa is a little more shallow than expected but the dimensions were given so that's no surprise, just a note.The silver locks on the seat backs are visible when assembled, the cushion doesn't hide it on the ends of the sofa. I gave the cushions plenty of time to "puff up" as directed but they don't quite fill out. After sitting on them even for a short time the fabric starts to sag in the seat. We bought the chaise style and noticed that if you wanted the tufted style seats but also wanted the chaise to be on the right (from sitting point of view) then that was a no go because of the cushion shape, it can't be reversed. Also, the feature of the built in plug/usb combo so you can charge your phone is useless to us because it is on the left side only. Our wall outlet happens to be on the opposite side of that so the plug can't reach. The setup process wasn't difficult so that part was fine. Overall, it's just not nearly as nice as we were expecting. We actually bought this couch and another for two different living rooms and switched their locations since this didn't look like it was going to be the comfortable, durable, every day couch we expected. For the price, it didn't meet the quality we were expecting and would recommend you consider other options before choosing the burrow.

Middle of the road couch

My partner and I were looking for a smaller sofa with easy assembly for our NYC apartment and thought this Burrow sofa would be perfect. We’ve had it for 3 months now and we unfortunately highly regret this purchase. When we first received the sofa, the cushions were very stiff. They did soften a bit with use but, not much. (That issue wasn’t a huge deal but, might be for some so, I wanted to mention it.) The biggest issue though is keeping it clean! This fabric holds onto EVERY hair or piece of lint/dust that falls on it! We don’t even have pets! I use a lint roller/vacuum, I even tried using tweezers to pull the hair off and the hair refuses to budge from the weave! It also stains immediately if anything drips onto it. Water is actually the worst culprit! I have a huge water stain after attempting to remove a small spot (I instinctively reacted and cleaned the stain with a dish soap and water solution before remembering I was supposed to use distilled water and bleach so, I 100% understand that I should’ve followed the suggestion from Burrow) but, I still cannot believe how easily this sofa will hold onto any mark! I would not recommend at all if you have pets or children or if you plan to use this as an every day sofa. Maybe for an office or for occasional sitting but, this is way too much up keep for an every day use sofa. So sad about this purchase.

Many problems with the sofa 1) sofa did not came on time which is understandable since it was before the Christmas 2) as soon as I made the order I send them a note the chance the leg color and they confirmed updated but still came with wrong leg colors . 3) zipper of the one of the seat cushion already broken 4) cushion has lost it’s shape already , some part loose its compacted filling 5) left corner connection opens every now and then when someone sits that’s side . It is not even a one month since I received this sofa and already falling apart not sure what I am Going to do with it . We have a Mulbery protection and we will see how much their customer Service will help us ! I will update my review once we receive any update from them Overall I am not happy with my buy

I like the products. Great quality, great aesthetics, super easy to assemble, good style, ok price when on sale, but the shipping time is insane.
