I really wanted to love the sofa and the buying experience, but neither lived up to my expectations. The sofa feels like a step up from Ikea, but not what one would expect from a piece of furniture over $1000. For instance, the individual sofa sections don't line up all that well, so the fit and finish looks really poor. This would be fine for a $500 sofa, but not for a nearly $1500 one. The buying process was a comedy of errors, with multiple delays, email confirmations that contained no details, and confusion on delivery days. The good: - Sofa assembly is pretty easy with two people - Comfortable The bad: - Feels and looks a lot cheaper than in photos - The back of the sofa is really ugly. Unfortunately for me, our room arrangement has the sofa floating and not against a wall, so the back is exposed for all to see.

I received an ottoman when I ordered the king chaise. The holes for the legs don't like up properly for at least half of the legs.

The sofa overall is good. Size is perfect for my 900 sf house. Cushions need more strength. They lose their resilience after a short time sitting on them.

The delivery and assembly was awesome. Very convenient and easy. The quality seems to be a bit lacking for a $1200 sofa; fraying on the underside, staples askew, and it seems like the holes and plates for the legs don’t quite line up. Some of the legs are not vertical after installing them. I’m very happy with the delivery and assembly process, however I don’t think the couch is worth the money I paid for it. BUT I don’t want to try and pack it all up again and ship it back.

I love the easy of buying, the style and the comfort of our couch. But the fabric is pilling and I don’t like that. And pet hair (short dog hair) is hard to remove from it. I will be getting a sweater razor to see if that will help with the pilling.
