Needs Better Cushions

The couch looks great, but after a week the cushions aren’t as firm. I expected it to eventually lose it firmness, but not this quickly.

interesting engineering. not very comfortable

the engineering is interesting. i like it. i did find one piece had broken off. likely as i was setting it up solo. It's not super comfortable and squeaks a lot. not super stable. but i am a big guy which that and the broken piece could be the reason.

The feet to the couch

The feet to the couch squeak when sitting and don’t seem sturdy. Some string to the back cushions are coming undone. I like the couch, but not sure yet.

It's ... ok

I'd say the couch is average. Unfortunately, there are some quality concerns. It seems that modules are not matched for uniformity before they are shipped. One module had stuffing at level X while the 2nd module had stuffing at level Y. When assembled, the differences created uneven seems with no way to know which, or both, modules were manufactured incorrectly. This is something they need to solve before shipping modules to customers since it's a waste of materials and shipping to seek-out matching modules after-the-fact. Also, the springs in one of the modules that lie underneath the seat cushion has started to audibly creak, which is weird for a couch we've had for only 2 months.

Not bad.

The good: The couch looks nice and has style. It’s pretty comfortable too and was very easy to assemble. The not so good: For the price paid I was expecting a little higher quality. The wood framing seems very cheap and I got several splinters when trying to put it together. Also, if you have pets, pet hair sticks to the fabric like no other. Getting it off is a challenge.
