Couch is good

My burrow couch is very comfortable and I can rest well on it, I’m 6’2’’ and 230 lbs. It also is very sleek and have had quite a few compliments on it. My problem is with the build quality of the couch itself. One of the plastic pieces that helps put the seats together arrived broken. A customer service rep said they would send me a replacement piece, and assured me it was only to help me assemble it. The piece did arrive but I had already assembled the couch. Also the stapling on the bottom of the seats seemed erratic. I had to remove two staples because they were placed in the holes where you screw in the bolts for the legs. I except a little more for a $1200 “luxury” couch. I would not by another nor recommend buying one unless they restructure they pricing model.

Just feels kind of cheap and things keep breaking but I want to like it so bad!

I was pretty disappointed with the quality of this sofa. When I was putting it together I realized the lack of care in some parts of this sofa. The connecting pieces that where plastic broke immediately, the hinges were not tight, none of the legs where stable, and the stability of the sofa is wobbly. I feel this sofa isn’t worth the value.
