Easy to install, arrived quick, beautiful and pretty good quality (hard to say it's very good quality since I only have it for a week or so.)

I ordered my item in store on a Monday and it arrived the same week (Friday). It was easy to move up the steep stairs and all the sharp angles getting up to my apartment. Easy to move with just two people. Set up was quick. The instructions were straightforward. Because it was so easy to assemble, I know that it will be easy to disassemble if I ever move, Overall, I'm really happy with this purchase. I like the fact that if I move into a bigger apartment or house someday, I can order another piece and attach it to my already existing loveseat.

It was difficult to screw one of the pieces for the armchair. Also, I asked for direct signature and 8 boxes was left by my garage untended.

Couch came as described in four large boxes, and I brought them to the second floor of my apartment and built the couch in about 90 minutes. I'm pretty fit and while it was challenging, it wasn't difficult to the point where I ever considered giving up. After ordering, it dawned on me that I'd be out of town during the delivery window and the customer service team was super helpful in delaying my order until I was back home; ensuring my new neighbors don't think I'm a complete monster. Of note, one of my couch cushions came ripped and I've been waiting for a replacement for six days.

The sofa is a marvel of design. Especially great for apartment living. I have the navy color and it is a very nice rich color and fabric. The only thing that I did not expect is that lint and fuzz does get caught up in the fabric. I need to lint brush the couch often. Would have loved a leather version. Sofa is comfortable and compact. Clean crisp design.
