I live in a third floor apartment with narrow staircases, so options were limited as to which kinds of sofas would make it up and down the stairs. I went with Burrow knowing it would be easy delivery (I don't have a car) and easy enough to get it up the stairs and set up by myself. All of those things went smoothly (except I never received any shipping information - it just arrived one day). It looks stylish, it's reasonably comfy though not as plush as other sofas I've had, and big enough for two people to stretch out on. I mainly wish it was just a few inches bigger, the cushions were a little bit softer/plushier, and that there was a way to attach the chaise cushion to its base to keep it from shifting around (velcro, zipper, etc).

The chaise is nice and comfortable. My only issue is that it does not secure to the rest of the sofa. It tends to move and does not feel very sturdy.

We chose Burrow because we’re consistently moving since we’re military. Our last sofa set we had got messed up when we PCS’d. Burrow allow us to disassemble our sofa to fit it through door ways and make our future PCS 10Xs easier. *Design, It’s great, very sturdy wish it reclined. Cushions could have a little more bounce to them. I just hope they don’t go flat anytime soon. * Comfort, It’s what you make it. It’s pretty comfy on the Chaise end but on the actual sofa it’s almost as if you’re sitting waiting for an interview. *Price, Pricey!!!! It’s an arm and a leg no doubt. I just hope it’ll last us some years. I don’t see what we paid for was comfort but more so convenience since we’re constantly moving. Being able to customize the furniture to is a plus. We got what we wanted in the end although,I didn’t really feel comfortable about the purchase after it was all said an done. But time will tell.

Love my couch

I have already have the love seat sectional and the ottoman was a nice addition to the sectional piece because it makes it long enough to fully stretch out. The only down side is that it is a bit smaller than the sectional portion so it looks a bit off but nothing major.
