Great couch but a few flaws

First, we love this couch. The design is on point, and it’s super comfy and sized just right for a small apartment. We opted for the wood grain legs, which I think looks really nice. A couple downsides, though. First, while the couch is advertised as “pet friendly,” the fabric does seem to be a lint magnet. This means that pet hair and general lint accumulates on it very quickly. Second, while the process of putting the couch together was simple, the packaging it came in was glued together so securely that it took two people a good 30 mins to break down the boxes to be loaded up in the recycling. I get that the packaging needs to be sturdy, but this seems excessive. Overall, I think it’s a good choice for the price and hopefully it will hold up over time.

Great assembly, delivery... but customer service needs attention

Overall, my wife and I love the sofa and ottoman. The price, ease of assembly, and versatility are the biggest appeals. However, I was disappointed in an ineffective website and email confirmation system when we placed our order, as well as very poor feedback from customer service regarding the status of our order. Emails sent to customers after they make a purchase should contain the order number for tracking.... and if redirected to the company website, the website should work! We encountered a webpage that just said something along the lines of 'Calling up your information, please wait...' only to not get any helpful information and a frozen website. If an order is delayed for whatever reason, I feel the customer should be notified in a timely manner. We did not experience this basic concept until I reached out to Burrow and inquired myself. Please improve on this for the future!

King Chaise Couch

Thus far, we really like it. We've actually decided to drop to 3 seats, just to fill the space better, but it's great. It is a little stiff, but I'm hopeful that time will just break it in. One thing I don't love: that the chaise extender isn't attached to the main body of the couch. But I'll live.
