I absolutely love the Gladiator Annihilator meat cleaver! It is a heavy-duty powerhouse that handles massive, large cuts of meat with absolute ease. The build quality is phenomenal, and it feels incredibly satisfying to use. My only minor wish is that it offered options for different angles of sharpness. As it comes out of the box, the edge angle is strictly built for those heavy bone-crushing, large cuts. Because of this, it won't easily slice thin pieces of meat. It has the potential to do so much more in the kitchen if it could handle finer work! Offering different factory edge angles would make this beast incredibly versatile. Even so, for what it is designed to do, it is an absolute 5-star tool. Highly recommended for anyone needing serious chopping power!
