I had to return knives I bought by mistake. Juan handled this problem impeccably !

As someone that works in a kitchen, Dalstrong knives deliver every time. My first was the gladiator chef knife. When it was time to upgrade. . the Valhalla series caught my eye and im thankful it did. Beautiful, efficient. And perfect in every way. Dalstrong for the win as always
