Ordered our Casper Mattress and found the medium firm version to be too soft, we talked to the staff and they were able to send out a replacement extra firm one in a couple days…. picked up the old one within a week. Outstanding service. We are very happy with the Extra Firm version. Quality and Comfort 5/5!
