It took roughly a week to adjust, and now I can't sleep without it! So comfortable and waking up feeling rested, finally! I was skeptical about cooling tech, but it is not a scam, it really is cool to touch. It eventually warms up under touch points, but rest of pillow it remains cool! Definitely worth the money, you can't put a price on a good night's sleep!
