Mattress is great, dealing with you company is very difficult and painful. I was sent a mattress that did not open properly, you called it defective. Then I found out that you sent me the wrong mattress, I ordered medium and I got firm. I slept on it for almost a week. 3 days after placing the claim, I received confirmation of replacement and the new one arrived a few days later. NO apologies for the the mistake. JUst like the first shipment it showed up unexpected, landed in front of main door until I came home to move it to the garage. Karen (really) contacted me and wrote "you got it, and will work with me to arrange a time to get the defective one picked up". So now I have to switch the mattresses in place,I decided to move the old one to the garage. Few days later after setting up the new one, I contacted karen and told her that I already did the heavy work, and the old mattress is in the garage, and that its simple for me to get rid of it by sliding to the curb for the upcoming garbage pickup, save you the cost of disposing. She was beside herself, insisted that she arrange a pickup. This went on a for a couple of days, I did not feel like dealing with the situation any more. The mattress did not get picked up (?) and Karen made arrangements with a junk company. They contacted me and will be here thursday to pick it.
The first mattress was unrolled Jan 13, a month later I will be rid of having to deal with your organization. It had cost me time and pain, all for a simple inventory mistake. Your company really does not believe in customer satisfaction. The medium mattress is great, but the process was horrible.

PS the garbage company (1800 got junk) has contacted me several emails and text messages and a phone call. This despite the fact that I responded immediately to their initial email and gave them a time and date for a pickup. They really want my old and dirty mattress.
