Your prices are competitive to others and I appreciate talking with service reps who I now know their names because I call with questions often. When I do, they always give precise answers. The only downside is the website. Now adays people are use to searching keywords on Amazon and Google to get a exact result of the search. Your website does not provide the keyword search I'm looking for. An example, I use 3/4 screws to attach the hinges to the door. If you search on your site "3/4 screws" everything except what I need is available to view in the results. I also wish you brought back the rewards program or discount codes for those who buy often from you.
