Was looking for replacement hardware for kitchen cabinets. Bought 2 kinds, then sent photo. I received an email saying ‘we can’t supply that hardware’ what? I was confused so I asked why and the response was ‘we just don’t supply it’ After a week of back and forth and $22 for nothing, I got it somewhere else.

Fast shipping but product was obviously second hand. Base was missing and template had been cut and taped. Luckily we were able to use base from lazy susan being replaced. Thought I was purchasing new merchandise.
