Create-A-Bed

My father built a murphy bed for me and raved about the instructions provided by Create a Bed. Every detail was included from supplies needed to step by step instructions. He read (and re-read) the instructions prior to starting the build and found them extremely helpful and thorough. The bed is spectacular and works smoothly. Highly recommend this particular mechanism.

Love all of Create-a-Bed's products. I've built probably 30 of these for customers and have never once had a problem. Great hardware kit! Their customer service has also been excellent which is important.

Generally I LOVE your products and am impressed by the detail given in the instructions. This time I had some challenges getting everything perfectly square so that the desk would fold down. After first attaching the brackets to the bottom of the desk, I found it easier to remove it and then mount the brackets to the bed. This allowed me to set the desk on the open brackets, working from underneath, to fasten and adjust as needed. I think the hardest part was getting the bed-side brackets plumb so they would fold down in parallel. If bed-side attachment holes were slots instead of holes, this might have been easier. Thanks for all you do.

Store was pretty easy to navigate. Delivery took several weeks to get to me.
