Create-A-Bed

Was pretty good overall. Called and asked about instructions to build bed for xl twin, lady told me they had instructions, cut sheets for it. Emailed and asked for them, they didn’t come with the hardware. Will call again tomorrow

It was pretty fast. Good.

Directions could use some help. Not always clear order of steps and don’t need 2 booklets of instructions. Combine 1 to total assemble and have 1 little one on just adjustments of closer(shock) if at all.

I am pleased with the kit and instructions so far. I’m still working on the build. The only negative thing is that when I did call for a few questions I had (Friday mid afternoon EST), I had to leave a call back message, which never came. I ended up calling them again and was able to get my answers. All the wood components called for in the instructions are done, I’ll soon get going on the assembly. We’ll see how that goes.

ew should have had one of the shocks re[laced, but got started late on project so didn't ask. Other wise, we would do this again....love the bed
