Create-A-Bed

Mechanism made our bed an amazing piece of furniture! Excellent quality and easy installation can’t wait for our guests to arrive!

Pieces of the mechanism are solid and well made. Instructions for cutting out and assembling the wood structure are very thorough and logical. It assembled very straightforward, and resulted in a great addition to our home.

When matching a manufactured device with a DIY project in which the load is variable it is nice to have a device that can cover the ranges. In the case of a Murphy Bed, you never know what the weight of the mattress will be, so why not get a mechanism that adjusts for the differences? I’ve built two such beds with this device, and I’ll continue to use it on future projects. It just works right.

When the pandemic hit, I had this small hobby building Murphy beds. It was a hobby! Then the pandemic hit March of 2020. Since then a lot of people have requested me to build them custom beds. In the last two years I have built 25 units, and each and every one of them now have the Adjustable hardware kits, both on my vertical and horizontal units. This kit operates fantastically, and it is a very dependable kit. The front desk and technical support staff is the best I have encountered with various companies I deal with. I will continue to use Create-a-bed kits exclusively.

Quality made and incredible step by step instructions... all I have left to do is paint and install.
