I purchased a large custom neon sign intended to be mounted high on a shop wall, but it arrived without a remote or dimmer, both of which are essential for operating it safely and conveniently. When I contacted customer service, I was given nothing more than a link to an Amazon search for dimmable wall switches and told to buy one myself. This was not helpful. A wall switch can’t control the sign unless I hire an electrician to hard-wire it. As it stands, the sign is unusable. I can’t climb up the wall to plug and unplug it every time I need to turn it on or off. I’m very disappointed that customer service’s “solution” was simply an irrelevant Amazon link, especially one pointing to products that aren’t even compatible with the neon sign. This experience has been extremely frustrating and far below expectations especially for the price of the custom sign. This was supposed to be a very special Christmas gift. Now I’m gifting something that requires additional work for the receiver.

Is not a neon light as promised. Just a strip of lights on a cheap plastic cut out shape.
