Ordered and received nothing.

Got a design quote months ago back in September, was very specific about my design. Got the mock up back and was nothing like what I asked, even emailed back saying that and no one followed up with a different mock up. Now months later, I’m getting an email to ask your review my purchase that I never purchased. So here’s your review since you keep emailing me and bothering me when I’ve already unsubscribed and never purchased anything to begin with because you guys never did the mock up correctly in the first place or email me back and response to correct it when I mentioned it not ordering from here

Your design tool is not a useful tool. I spent almost $600 on a sign and it's not even close to what I wanted. I expressed my concerns via email and was told that the Backing color is not reflected in your design tool? How can every part of your tool from color, font, and size work but the backing color(which is my issue) does not. I tried to work this out with you and the email responses stopped. I have filed a claim And will not pay for this item. I have already ordered a sign from a competitor. They not only have a design tool that works for each step, but before they produce it, they e-mail An image for approval.

The light itself looks great. However, the product does not come as advertised. The cords and power supply are not as discreet as the photo provided on the website. The wire connections to the power supply look exposed. Customer service was not helpful when I emailed.
