Questionable Quality and Poor Customer Service Response
There was an issue with the illumination of the sign upon delivery. We brought this issue to the company and the best response they had was that we might've mishandled the sign or something happened during transit. If you know your product contains a fragile component—which is central to functionality of said product, the onus should be on the manufacturer to make and pack the product in such a way that such things are not as likely to happen. Aside from the fact that we received an illuminated sign that we basically had to rig up, the customer service we received left much to be desired. While there might not have been much that could've been done after the fact, the way a customer is addressed plays a major role in the overall experience. And while we have no issues with the other light (which has wires that are properly fabricated to withstand transit and handling), we know that when we require another illuminated sign, we will choose a different provider.
