Cool sign, looks how I designed it, but the plastic backing came with pretty deep scratches in it. I probably just got unlucky. Otherwise good product.

After receiving the sign, I attached it to the wall using the adhesive provided. Unfortunately, the adhesive was not strong enough, and the sign fell off the wall within a couple of minutes. As a result, the acrylic sign broke. I am very disappointed, as the product was unusable due to the inadequate adhesive.

My order came . . but the wrong size letters were delivered. I am still waiting for a response from the care team to try and resolve the issue. I was supposed to receive a response within 24-48 hours but it has been 4 days and nothing !

My product came in scratched and there was a hole on the electrical box. Not satisfied
