Like the functionality of the sign. The instructions for the wireless remote controller were in a type size so small that we had to take pictures with my iPhone and magnify, otherwise it would have been a 5.

Our sign arrived broken, I emailed and I am just waiting for a response from someone. We ordered other signs and had no issues, the signs are beautiful and bright. I will update when I hear from them.

I had read nothing, but good reviews about timeliness and customer service… and it just didn’t happen for me. I was using one of their discount codes, paid for the product… got a confirmation email… and then waited for over a week to get shipping information that never came. I reached out. Apparently there was an error with one of the lights so they were going to re-do it. Queue another week… no shipping info. I email again. They said, something is wrong with their system. It only says “hi” on their page and they know it’s not what I originally sent in. I resend the info…and they charge me MORE money. They said it would cost more than they had already received… WHAT?! I asked if there was anything they could do, being that it was over THREE weeks since I placed the order and now the gift was definitely going to be late. The response was, “you’re already getting a discounted price” Again… WHAT?? Just not the greatest customer service. And had I not been really excited about this gift idea, I would have terminated the order. Only one of the people that I emailed was professional and courteous. I was definitely kind of bummed. But, I guess things just happen sometimes.

The light itself is good enough quality, but for some reason the connection between the light and the charger was basically broken. The connection wouldn't stay put so it would constantly flicker on and off. There were a few times where I found the right orientation and pressure to get it to stay on solid, but seriously a literal tap on the connection point would turn it off again. I contacted customer service and they were nice enough to send a replacement charger out, and while it seems to be working better, the connection is still finicky and I have to twist it to just the right spot for it to stay on consistently. It works well enough so long as nothing bumps the connection point, but considering different chargers didn't fully fix the issue, I'm inclined to believe it's probably an issue with the cable coming from the light itself. I figured the next step to fix it was probably going to involve having to ship it back, and it took a non-trivial amount of time to finally come as is, so I decided to just accept it as it is. So yeah, not a scam or anything like that, I like the light, but take my experience for whatever it's worth.

Cool sign, looks how I designed it, but the plastic backing came with pretty deep scratches in it. I probably just got unlucky. Otherwise good product.
