Love the sign we received. The remote allows us to use this in all the ways our business requires. The installation was easy and clean. This is our second time ordering from this company and will continue to use this for our locations and events.

Slow shipping, sign quality excellent, could not understand customer service when talking to them, well packaged

We love our sign! Shipping was fast and the quality is good. The problem I had was with the website. I repeatedly received a 404 Page error and was never able to confirm my order was received that way or view it on the website. The problem was forwarded to their "Tech" team, but I was never updated on their progress. Company websites with payment issues seem sketchy, so I'm glad we received our item without issue.

I ordered an LED neon sign for my girls business and from order to delivery the whole process took about a month. I’d give 5 stars if they were a little more communicative on where they were at in the process, because these signs aren’t cheap and it’s stressful when you aren’t sure what your moneys going to, I never saw the final product until unboxing with my fiancé on her birthday… but the product worked and looked fantastic! I attached photos of the design I provided and the final product.
