It's unfortunate that you don't offer separate rating options. *Customer service is wonderful, even if information offered is less than. *Products are wonderful. *Delivery times are terrible. If supply issues are a concern, OVER a month to receive orders is unacceptable. This information should be offered upfront so customers can plan accordingly.
